A Pennsylvania pastor refused to offer a prayer to open the state House session in Harrisburg this week after he was told he could not use the word Jesus.The Speaker of the House, state Rep. Keith McCall, D-Carbon County, told the Rev. Gerry Stoltzfoos of Gettysburg that it's the new policy.
