Update: A lawsuit filed by two female students against California Lutheran High School (WELS) was rejected by the court. The plaintiffs argued that California's anti-discrimination laws applies to both businesses and private schools. The judge rejected that claim. One thing. The high school's lawyer says the judge's decision shows that the high school has the right to "expel sinners." Is that the best terminology he could do?
